I’ve been training for the last 31 years, since 1995. Over the years I’ve been able to log well over 20,000 hours in personal training time. At 63, I’ve had four surgeries to include low back fusion, heart, hip, and shoulder among many other injuries. I thoroughly understand the psychological and physical challenges associated with health related issues such as pain, mobility, balance, and weight loss especially as it’s associated with age. So whether you’re a beginner, looking to change your workouts to avoid adaptation, or have any of the previously mentioned issues, I can help.
