When you schedule your first session with a personal trainer to get started on your weight loss journey, we’re working hard behind the scenes to throughly prep you for your first visit.
During our Complimentary Consultation
We perform 11 body measurements, 20 movement assessments, assess core strength, perform flexibility, mobility, stability assessments, assess cardiovascular performance & discuss any limitations and injuries.
After our First Workout Session
We will set S.M.A.R.T (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Timely) goals. We'll create a custom meal plan & a nutrition program to get results faster.
Fitness Coaching for long-term results
Our trainers will guide and assist you every step of the way. During our 30 min HIIT workouts, you'll release the “feel good” endorphins and reduce the stress hormone.
